# Organize your canvas

> Keep boards readable as they grow.

## Select and move

Click to select. Shift-click or drag a box on empty canvas to select several, then drag any of them to move the group. Resize from any edge or corner.

## Tidy up

Click **Tidy up** in the toolbar to pack the board around the center of the screen. With blocks selected, it tidies only those. Arrows and locked blocks stay put.

## Copy, duplicate, lock

Right-click a block for Copy, Paste, Lock, Comment, Ask AI, Duplicate, and Delete. Copied blocks paste into any board or project. Locked blocks can't be moved, resized, or edited.

## Colors

Notes and boards take a background and text color from presets or **Custom**. Colors you pick look the same in light and dark mode.

## Pan and zoom

Scroll or use two fingers on a trackpad to pan. Hold <kbd>Space</kbd> and drag, or drag with the middle mouse button. Pinch or <kbd>Cmd/Ctrl</kbd> + scroll to zoom. Flip scroll direction under **⋮ → Pan: natural / inverted**.

## Undo and saving

Undo and redo sit in the header. Changes save automatically.
